So this is what I had for lunch after my workout. Raw stuff full of goodness: proteins, carbs (including natural sugars and fibre), lots of vitamins and good fats! all you need for a long lasting energy supply before or after a 60 min workout or a gig. When it comes to food, best is to eat as natural as possible as it comes from nature. Have as many colours as possible too (for vitamins). Don’t forget to drink plenty of water!.
