If you need guidance and follow-up on working with your body, just get in touch and I will design a specific program based on your goals, needs, form and possibilities. I will also provide nutritional advice. I am L2 (ETM Fitness Instructor) and L3 (Personal Trainer) qualified, as well as holding several Sports Nutrition certificates and some apparatus specialties and experience (Spinning, PowerPlates, Kettlebells, etc.)
