Those who love with their whole heart,
the All or Nothing Ones.
The ones who show up when everyone else makes excuses,
who remember the little things,
who honour the words said,
who love without keeping the score.
Being this way is not a choice.
Most times, they pour out oceans and get drops in return,
or even drown.
They forgive when others hold grudges,
they stay when others walk away,
they keep caring when most would have given up.
Being this way is a double edged sword,
because they’re the most loving, passionate, compassionate,
and at the same time their hearts are constantly breaking.
But here’s the thing about these rare souls:
They do not know how to be any other way.
Their hearts only know one speed: all in.
They’re not waiting for someone to match their effort,
they’re waiting for someone who understands it.
So to those who love too much,
who care too deeply,
who give without counting the cost,
don’t let the world dim your light.
Your kind of love might be rare,
but that’s exactly what makes it precious.
