Thoughts & Body Shape

Our thoughts. Those caterpillars that come and go. Such power they have. Specially when they’re fueled by our emotions. Such is their strength that what we think shapes our reality and our belief system, and our body! The isolation of thought is one of the most difficult parts of the type of meditation that I’ve been doing for years (‘Initiation into Hermetics’ – Franz Bardon), but once that is managed, a new gate opens to the extraordinary world of magic. Real magic. As in, making things happen with the fruit of your mind work. Even, changing the shape of your body (it’s a process) 🙂

Thought forms gain energy through the feelings we attach to them. They also gain energy by attracting similar thoughts and feelings from other people. This means, if you continually judge yourself, your thoughts and feelings will follow your judgements and soon the people you know will agree with you. For example, if you keep telling yourself that you are unworthy, ugly or fat, soon others will agree with you, and you will end up believing it as a fact. It doesn’t matter if it’s true or not, backed by evidence or not. The mind will believe what you tell it, nothing more, nothing less.

Expectations (thought forms) can be a can of worms.

What I am going to say here may shock you, but it’s okay, we are all here to learn: You are unhappy with your body because you aren’t following your life task. You are sick because you are not following your deepest longing. And now, let’s dissect these statements.

Whether we know it or not, we come to this world with a task, a mission. Each one of us has its own. We are all creators, we have an inherent creative energy that must always flow, because that is the force behind our life task. We are here to accomplish a job, a duty, something we chose many lifetimes ago that will eventually lead us to be our best self. What we truly want – our personal desires – is always aligned with our highest spiritual longings, and when our blocks are cleared then our creativity flows freely. By fulfilling our spiritual desires, we are accomplishing our life task. But since we arrive in this world we allow ourselves to be influenced and affected by circumstances, events, people, and we create energetic blocks that hinder our growth. We also bring with us blockages from other lifetimes. That is what we call our “baggage”. These blocks get in the way of our creative energies and we create physical imbalance and we become ill, and this happens because we have forgotten who we are. Forgetting who you are creates thoughts and actions (and the emotions attached to them) that lead to an unhealthy lifestyle and eventually to illness. As I’ve said repeatedly, every disease starts on an emotional level, and it then manifests in the physical. Illness can be seen as a lesson you have given yourself to help you remember who you are.

Do what makes your soul fly.

In our daily experience, we move through conceptions and misconceptions of reality (belief systems, thought groups, things that we assume as real), such as: “men are cruel”, “love is weak”, “being in control is safe and strong”, etc. These thoughts, depending on the importance we give them (through our emotions), acquire various shapes, colours and intensities in frequency that can be seen by seers and measured by: Kirlian machines, functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI), magnetoencephalography (MEG) and electroencephalography (EEG). The energy field of thoughts affects our energy fields too. If you think all the time (consciously or subconsciously): “I fear this person is going to leave me”, it will push them away, creating the feared result. We do this all the time, without noticing. What we fear, we attract, we manifest. Hence why: do not fear 🙂 When we free ourselves from those thought forms that act as blockages, we are balanced and we are able to manifest our desires and longings into physical reality.

Now, did you know that our body shape depends on how we manage (hold on to/release) our blocks? When we experience traumatic events, throughout our life, we block our feelings (therefore the flow of energy), creating defense mechanisms that become natural for us. Depending on the when (age) and the how of these defense mechanisms, we tend to store more fat/water in certain places or others. Through methods such as Core Energetics, word (thought) association games and meditation, these energy forms can be brought to our consciousness by expressing the feelings associated with them and releasing their energy. This allows a clearer view of the assumptions about our perceived reality, we can then release them and free ourselves.
