Breathing Basics 1

Breathing Basics:
1. Breathe in through your nose. Shoulders and chest relaxed, chin parallel to the floor, knees unlocked. As you breathe in, the lungs, rib cage and diaphragm expand.
2. Breathe out through the mouth consistently and gradually until air runs out. As you breathe out, lungs shrink and the muscles surrounding them relax.
